Subscription Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with Artemis. Here's our refund policy:

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with your subscription within the first 14 days of purchase, contact us for a full refund. No questions asked.

After 14 Days

After the initial 14-day period, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We may offer prorated refunds for unused time in cases of:

  • Technical issues that prevent use of the service
  • Significant service outages
  • Other exceptional circumstances

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of a billing cycle after the 14-day window.

How to Request a Refund

  • Your account email
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for refund (optional but helpful)

We typically process refund requests within 5-7 business days.
